Sales Coordinator / Smart Solutions
Rep - This position is all about
sales! We are looking for people who love sales and are self motivated. As a SC or rep, your position
will be promoting the Rent to Own Homes Program and Smart Financial Program to help potential customers find a home and
improve their overall financial wellbeing including their credit. You will also be helping them obtain legal protection
coverage (PPL) to deal with any past, present or future legal or Identity Theft issues. Make only 5 integrated
sales per week & your commission from these sales will be $1,000 weekly! This position can easily launch you into a 6 figure income or more. The
sales quota for a SC is to make at least one sale per month.
Account Executive (A.E.) - Upon
Managment approval, you may also be permitted to act as an Account Executieve (A.E.) and have the ability to approach Loan
Officers and Realtors (Preferably Brokers and Owners) to seek their Credit & Rent to Own Homes customers.
You can earn a commission on every paying customer that comes from them. Introduce our Strategic Alliance
Program (Smart Business Network) and have them enroll for FREE. An Account Executive is REQUIRED
TO DRESS PROFESSIONAL. When you go visit Loan Officers & Realtors you must wear professional business
dress attire. (Suits preferred) This position allows
you to be able to build your business and enjoy residuals that can grow into a serious business of wealth.
Administrative Assistants: This position requires that the professional be responsible for creating correspondence,
answering phones and be knowledgeable about company programs and promotions.
Credit
Repair Specialist & Financial Consultant: You will be trained as a financial consultant helping people with their credit and other areas of their finances
(if licensed).
