An example would 2 persons enrolling and 1 of them has scores below 500 - Cost would be $1200. But if making payments cost would be an extra $50 per person making it 2 payments of $650.00).
Co-Applicants applying together may make payments and the maximum number is TWO. Co-Applicants may NOT apply separately in order to make TWO PAYMENTS each for a combined total of four payments.
All payments must be made within 60 days of enrollment.
Work will commence on the case file once Smart Solutions is in receipt of at least ONE PAYMENT. Stage 2 will not commence until balance is paid in full.
WEEKLY PAYMENT PLAN - $100 per week payment plan option via credit or debit card - If your credit/debit card draft does not go through, Smart Solutions will attempt a lower card draft of $50.00. In the event the $50.00 is declined, then the customer's program will be placed in an "ON HOLD" status until such time that payments are resumed. If scores are above 500, then cost would be $100 per week for 6 weeks per person. If scores are below 500, then cost would be $100 per week for 8 weeks per person. Credit or Debit cards only. Note: Total cost is $100 extra if making payments under this payment plan, versus if you paid in full there is no extra fee.
Layaway Payment Plan: If you want to pay by cash or money order, then you must participate in our layaway payment plan. You can make $100 payments whenever you can. Just keep in mind that Smart Solutions will start on the credit repair once a payment is made, but will not start on Stage 2 until the balance is paid IN FULL. Any payment that bounces or is dishonored will not qualify as a payment. If the payment is not made within 10 days, the file will be placed on hold until payment is made good.   If payment is not made good after 90 days, then the file will be terminated and filed away as incomplete.

Other Fees & Terms:

Sit Down / Excessive Phone Consulation Fee: Plan covers unlimited e-mails, 2 phone consulatations (each consultation is limited to 30 minutes each; A sit down 30 minute initial consulation is done at no-cost. (A $250 sit down fee (must be made payable at the time of the appointment) if a client wants to schedule subsequent 30-minute conferences.  Sit down appointments are not necessary in order to provide our services.
Courtesy Rescheduling Fee: Plan allows for clients to move payments. Each time a single payment is rescheduled, a $25 Courtesy Rescheduling Fee will apply.
Late Fee: Fees not paid on scheduled dates will be assessed a $25 Late Payment Fee each time a payment is missed.
Bounced Check Fee: Any check or payment that bounces will incur a $35 fee.

2^nd phase (Stage 2) of the credit repair will not be completed until your balance is paid in full.
